My background image won't show.

Made this form today and in the designer it looks great. However, when I actually try to go to the form's URL or preview it, the background image is not showing...it's only a white background. I've tried a few different things and I still can't get it to show. Any help is appreciated! Screenshot shows what I'm seeing in designer.

I am sorry to hear you are having this result on your form.

I cloned the form and when tested I had the same result, I previewed but background image was not there, there was a white background only. Well, I made it work and I strongly suggest you to do the following:

1 - Open your form on edit mode, click on Designer as shown below:

2 - The following screen will pop up, then click on Background image, (notice the background image is present), click on the x to remove it.

3 - When click on the x, the Paste image link or upload from right becomes active, click as indicacated on the figure:

4 - You may Choose from Gallery or upload your own image. On my end, I made both procedures just for testing purposes, and worked. This is how the form looks online:

I hope this helps you to solve the issue.

I've tried to re-do it several times like this and it's still not fixing it. Any other ideas? You're more than welcome to go edit that form to see if you can make it work!

I created a clone of your form and fixed it. It's on your account and it's called  Clone of Maddie & Tae - Meet Dierks.

    You can see it here:

Almost....it's not covering the bottom portion now. I think this is due to the line spacing being so huge, but every time I try to edit it, the form goes white again.

It appears as though a previous theme is overriding your background.  In any case, here is the form saved with the background implemented the way I believe you are looking for:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL

The background should cover the whole space.

However, opening the form in the designer may cause the background to be overwritten by the theme once again.

This still wasn't working when I tried it. The bottom half of the form is showing up as white still.

FYI - we ended up deleting it and starting from scratch. We re-saved the photoshop file thinking maybe it wasn't exported as RGB? Not sure what actually fixed it, but it's fine now!

Glad to hear you were able to get things sorted.  It sounds like there was indeed an old theme that was overriding your changes.  This would explain why starting from scratch you were able to apply the image to your background without issue.
