Lightbox embed method not displaying properly on Smartphone

Hello, 

My pop up form is displaying well on desktop and table, but not on a smartphone. 

The text is bleeding past the edges of the screen and the option to close X is not visible. 

Can you let me know what's happening? The preview shows a proper display. 

That is because our current lightbox embed method is not responsive on mobile devices. A workaround for this would be to embed the form to your website using our suggest iframe method for Squarespace or use a third party application that offers you a popup in Squarespace such as the following:
