I can't find my form, suddenly I don't have any available.
I know we were above our quota but why is it just gone?

I checked your account and you currently have three forms available. If your forms go over their limits, they temporarily disabled until you are under your limits once again. Since you have upgraded, your forms and account should be active once again. As far as I can tell, they are.
