What is your service level continuity? I have to often "Temporarily Unavailable"

It was just a temporary glitch, caused by an abnormally high volume of traffic, that lasted a few minutes and everything appears to be back up to speed now. As a normal course, we will occasionally experience such short duration events. How often have you noticed this?
