This may be a odd question, but I downloaded the android app on the tablet and all I am able to see is submission data.  I thought the android app is where our field workers would log in to see their form and start entering data directly there.  Where would our mobile field worker access their form to enter data? Either if I went the PDF fillable route or the other route?  Also, where would their input data be saved in either option.  Would the mobile user have the ability to easily forward this completed form to myself and an external customer.  I'm wondering if I'm trying to use this for something that is outside the primary use for jotforms.  Appreciate your guidance.

The android and IOS apps are both simply for viewing your submission data.  You would need to create a separate copy of the PDF form and fill out one for each job if you go that route.  So if they had 8 jobs, they would need 8 copies of the fillable PDF.  Unless they submitted each one after the job was finished.  Then they could use them same one and just clear it.

The online forms can be used directly from their URL but need an internet connection to be viewed and used.  Think of the fillable PDF as a similar to a word document.  You fill it out and save it as a document.  This can also be used offline like a word document. The entries will be saved offline in the document itself.  When you have an internet connection, you can then press the submit button on each form to forward the data to your JotForm account.

When you submit the forms, the email notifications and autoresponders will be sent as if you had filled out the online version.  The data submitted would be saved in your JotForm account upon completion of submission.  This is true for both the web version and PDF copy of the form.
