I have convinced my company to use jotforms for all forms going forward, however they would rather not set up a recurring credit card payment. Do you offer any sort of ACH process for larger accounts? We Professional route, on a yearly basis.

We have two payment method: Paypal & credit cards via the Plimus gateway.
Unfortunately, those are your only two options.
The only thing I can think of, is if your company doesnt like the 'recurring' charge set up on a credit card, is to pay for the 1 or 2 years, then immediately cancel. That way you get the features of the upgraded plan for as long as you have paid for, but your card wont be subjected to any recurring charge.
Of course, you will have to remember when your subscription is due to run out, so you can reupgrade if you do wish to hold onto the upgraded plans features.

We are look to upgrade for the next year. Will it give me the option to pay the yearly price if Choose my package now?
Also my account is good until the 30th so will the next year kick in after the corrent month is finnished?

I can see you have a yearly Professional subscription with us which should renew automatically on May 1,2013

So, there is no need for you to do the upgrade, unless the credit card is not the same or needs to be updated. Everything will go fine
