How to embed my form on Google Play App

2) I need to integrate this form into an app. Google Play and Android. How to do that? I do not wish to link it to a website and then provide that link on the app. Is there any other direct way to do this. Any help is appreciated.

In case that you want to embed Jotform form in .apk applications you can use some of our embed code options. In case that this is not working you can download your form source code and use it on your app.
