I want to cancel my paid subscription

    I was under the assumption that I switched my subscription to the Free level months ago. I don't need the paid subscription anymore and I'm trying to cancel through your website but it won't let me. Please contact me ASAP to get this corrected.

    Upon checking our records, I see that you're using PayPal for your subscription.
    Please follow the steps below to cancel it.

    1. Log into your PayPal account.
    2. Find the latest payment you made to us
    3. Click on your subscription number
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
