I am attempting to download the sourcecode of my only existing jotform with separate .css and .js files. I am able to click "Embed Form" (the blue globe), and then source (the gear).
The problem: When I click "here" in the message "You can also download a compressed and refined version with separate .css and .js files from here.", I get the following page:
I need to download these files within the day - is there any way to do so?
Thanks!

I am sorry to hear it was not possible for you to get the source code of your created form.
I have gone ahead, cloned your form, and followed the same process and worked:
From form editor click on Embed Form, the Embed Form Wizard poped up, clicked on the gear:
The screen below showed ilustrate the result.
Feel free to clone the form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51216899028967
More information How to clone an existing form you may find it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL.
I hope this helps to solve the issue.

So strange. I tried cloning the form and then downloading it, twice. The first time, I cloned it directly by cloning the existing one in my account. The second time, I cloned from the link you posted above (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51216899028967). Both times I still got the same error. It leads me to wonder if it's computer- or internet- specific. I will ask my friend to try to download it.

Friend was also unable to download it. We found a fix: The name of the form seems to have been to long or too complex. A short name allowed us to download it. Might be good for developers to know (require shorter names or adapt the program etc).
