i recently had by account suspended, but have since cleared up the problem and have recieved an email saying my account is now white flagged, however i am now unable to save any form and access the source code, any help would be greatly appreciated

One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. The problem is now fully resolved.
JotForm should now work completely since other servers have taken over the load. You should not see any further errors.
