"Test Email" is not going to recipient email address

    I used JotForm to create forms for my client's websites.  The test submissions keep going to my own email address.  I thought I followed the instructions to change the default address to my clients' and not mine.  Please advise.  Thank you!

    If you are trying to test the email alerts using "Test Email" button please note that this will always send the email notification to the email address associated with the one on your JotForm profile.

    If you want to test if your submissions will go to recipient email address that is set inside of Email Notification you need to submit your form.
