Paypal: Creating an order form

    Hi There,

    i am trying to upgrade my school photo order form to allow the following;-

    1. Paypal express - but i don't want any address details to show and i would like to separate the products into 2 sections e.g

    Please choose package:

    Child #1 Name__________________________Year/Class_____________________

    1) $30

    2) $40

    3) $50

    Child #2 Name__________________________Year/Class________________________

    1) $30

    2) $40

    3) $50

    Child #3 Name__________________________Year/Class__________________________

    1) $30

    2) $40

    3) $50

    Child #4 Name__________________________Year/Class__________________________

    1) $30

    2) $40

    3) $50

    Optional extras

    1) $10 Sibling Photo 

    2) $12 Group photo

    3) $19 Class photo 

    I need to duplicate the amounts for each childs order

    You can create the layout in the Form Builder and then just pass the total amount to Paypal for checkout. I created a demo form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51223492753959, you can clone it if you like.

    I used the full name, radio button, checkbox, form calculation and Paypal express. As you can see the calculation is hidden so that there will be only 1 total amount field will be shown.

    The formula will be just like adding the package type and extras of each child.

    In order to use custom payment in Paypal, you need to select the "Collect Donations/ Custom Amount Payments" in the Paypal wizard. You need to choose the hidden calculation widget.
