    Hello Jotforms, MGRESA has two accounts paid for: Order Reference Number: 62394436 Order Reference Number: 62394596One account was given credit and the other was not.     Hi Carol,

    We have replied to your email message in a separate response regarding this topic. You have paid for the same account twice, so we have refunded one of the payments. When you submit your payment again, please ensure that it is for the other JotForm account of yours (cbrown).
