We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
I just would like to have some clarification with what you are requesting.
To my understanding, you would like the user of your form to click submit first once they have selected their preferred Season and Location from a drop-down menu and that's the only time they can continue answering the rest of the form, is that correct? And also, you want the selection to the drop-down menus, Season and Location, to retain after they click the Submit button and without having the form to reload and refresh the initial selections, is that correct?
If yes, what I would suggest for you to do is use the "Page Break" from the Survey Tool section of the Form Builder instead.
You may check the form I've created using this link, click here.
By the way, there is an option for you to edit the label of the "Next" button to submit under Properties. (Note: You can also change the label of the "Back" button as well)
If this is not the answer you are looking for or this is not what you are asking really, we would greatly appreciate if you can help us understand your concern clearly by giving us a more detailed instruction for your request, then we will get back to you and help you. Thank you.
