Which embed option should I use for my site?

I actually have two questions in this regard.  In the settings I noted that default says "NO" to responsive form ... what is a responsive form?  I don't know whether or not to change that setting.
Primary question ... while all the choices in how I wish to put my form on my site is amazing, I am unsure which option I need.  All I need it to do is allow the visitor to click a link on my site, gain access to a web based form and have their filled out form held on the web for me to see when they click submit.  What I am trying to achieve is, essentially, to duplicate the way the web based forms worked on Adobe Forms Central.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.

You can see here: http://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use a guide that can help you to decide which embed code is the best option for your site.

If you want to only place a link to allow your visitors to fill your form then you won't need to embed the form, you can just use your form's direct URL or if you want to give a cool effect to your site you can use the lightbox embed method.

Please check the guide and let us know if you have any questions.

P.D. Regarding your question about responsive forms, I've moved it here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/563350 in order to address it properly.

    We'll be attending it soon.
