RE: Exporting to PDFAsked by Tiffany Macgowan on May 03, 2015 at 10:39 PM
Ive been using ADobe Forms Central since it was first released and its quite difficult to find a replacement.
I have been having a trial of JotForm however each time i attempt to export my form into PDF format it will not open on my computer however i have had no prior issues opening any exported PDFS from forms central or PDFS in general.
Can you please advise if i am in fact able to export into PDF format and how to do so without issues.
I run an Apple Mac system
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Can you please let me know the size of the PDF file which you get after converting?
I did try to create the PDF version of your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I did export correctly and I was able to open the PDF version of form. Please check the screenshot below:
To test this issue in Apple environment, I cloned your form in my test account and created PDF form using browserstack with apple virtual system. It seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please try to export your form again to PDF and see if this works fine.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
