IMPORT A FORM TO ANOTHER

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    Do you want import form from another source? Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement but please be noted that you can only import HTML based form in JotForm. The following guide should help you :  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
