I currently do not have a website and want to email an electronic form to the client to have them electronically sign and email it back to me. Is this possible through email or has to be done only through a website? Thanks!Page URL:

It seems like you want to send/share your form to a client via email after creating one. If you want to send your form via email, please follow these steps:
Note: If this is your first time creating a form with us, reading How to Create Your First Web Form might be a good start.
1. Once you are done creating your form, click Embed Form in the top toolbar.
2. Choose Email option.
3. Fill out the required information.
4. Click Send Email.
