How many submisson can we receive after this time freely?

Because according to my check, the form is still active.

I will activate it due to this.

The account pinpin66 has a free plan active which includes 100 monthly regular submissions, 10 SSL (secure) and 10 received payments. It also has 100Mb available space to save uploaded files. At the moment you have used 7 out 100 submissions. The submission counter gets reset once at the beginning of each month. 

If you go over these limits the account and the forms will be disable until the beginning of the next month or until you upgrade. Please consult here the monthly limits of each plan.
