    Unable to make any changes to the form

    I completed a form and sent to someone to submit to see if there were any problems.  I have to add something new -- using check boxes for multiple answers vs. radio boxes, but I can't make changes evn though I am under "edit".  Help!

    I took a look at your jotform: http://www.jotform.us/form/51205981701147 and I was able to edit it without any difficulties - I did not save any edits.

    Can you please tell us what is the browser that you have used to edit the form and what exactly happens that does not allow you to make the changes?

    I did figure out how to edit it.  I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I closed it, reopened it and was fine.  I love JotForm.

    I presume that there was an error while the form builder was loading.

    For example, if your connection was broken for a small amount of time, that could cause the form builder scripts to not be loaded properly causing this issue.

    There are also other possible issues that could have caused this, but all of them are easily fixed and do not happen often and usually resolved by just trying the same within a different browser or clearing the cache of the first one.

    I am however glad to hear that is is working for you now :)
