I am new on jotform and my firm would like to know if we will have an automatic renewal at end of our period, if yes how can we change hat to a manual renewal, my firm don't like the automatic process.

All of our subscriptions are automatic renewal. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer manual renewal of subscriptions. You could subscribe then immediately cancel. This would allow you to subscribe and then have your subscription expire at the end of that paid period. Other than manually cancelling each month, we do not offer the ability to manually renew each month.

Thanks a lot for your quick answer, we toke an annual subscription, if we cancel directly after we subscribe will it also expire at the end of that annual paid period or are you going to cancel directly and refund the non-used period ?
Do we received a mail at the end of a annual period, a sort of reminder to say "Hey here we are if you do not cancel we will continue" ? This could help to remind us, to stop for a project limited in time ;-)

Cancelling will simply cancel the automatic renewal. It will not cancel and refund the subscription. If you purchase a year, then cancel immediately, your subscription will last until the end of the paid period. At which point you will indeed receive a few notifications prior to your subscription running out. Even if it does run out and you go over your limits, you will receive a notification that you are over your limits and will have a couple days to upgrade.

This sounds a fair way to stop the process. I am sure we will renew but on a financial point of view my firm prefer to be safe an not spend more at it needs.
