Duas vezes alterei o formulário, Cumprimento de Sentença... salvei mas ao retornar as alterações não estavam... Que pode ser?

That's probably because of the form caching issues. Please try doing the following:
a. Close the form builder
b. Logout from your account
c. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform
d. Login again to your account
e. Clear your form's cache. Here's how you can do it: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.
f. Now, do the changes to your form and let us know if the problem persists.
