Clients cannot open the landing page on a mobile device using Facebook app?

    i've been recieving email from clients claming they cannot open the form on a mobile device, they claim that facebook asks them for their login information and then the link never loads

    Are you referring to the mobile app of Facebook? Unfortunately, I believe the page tab is not supported in the Facebook mobile app that is why it is not being loaded.

    But there's a workaround that you can use, you can try using the static HTML and add the embed form code there. Here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-.
