I am receiving consistent complaints that people are unable to register using Jotform for my summer programs. This is a peak sign up time for us. I also know that you are absorbing many Adobe forms central customers.
I cannot afford to lose clients, because they think that courses are filled, the system keeps crashing, certain first and last names get rejected and are unable to be input by the client. People are experiencing a lot of errors, glitches and problems. And, I am not hearing from everyone.
Please tell me what I can do to ensure reliable, consistent and predictable quality service. Do you have tiered service? Just want to work with you to get this right. Many thanks in advance for your consideration.

Sorry for inconvenience that you have. Our service is reliable and consistent. I have tested your forms
and during filling forms I did not get any errors. There were no glitches and problems. I successfully submitted both forms.
In case that your are observing some errors or problems with forms, can your please provide us details about errors your are getting and we will be happy to assist you in resolving those errors.
