Form Disabled/Text BoxAsked by jameslano on May 04, 2015 at 01:04 PM
I actauly have two questions. The first is that it appears the form I am creating is disabled. It seems like a common subject with new accounts in this forum. Please let me know if I am attempting to do something that is not allowed in my form.Second, I have added some terms in a text field that we would ask our customers to acknowledge and check a box to agree to the terms. However the terms are quite long (thanks to our attorneys :). Is there a way to put all of this legal text in a smaller box the user can scroll down to read?
Hi James,I have checked your account and I am seeing that you have username and password fields on your form which is not allowed according to our terms:We can activate your account, we would however need to delete these fields from your account. Please inform us if you would like to have the account activated. Please note that creating forms with password fields will result in the suspension of the account and could cause a permanent ban of your IP address if it is a recurring situation.
We do ask that you create on inquiry per thread, as such I have moved your second question to a new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/563827Thank you.
