Payments not showing up in PayPal

    We have several items in the 'incomplete payments' box all of which have 'paypal' as the selected form of payment. I checked with our treasurers and they are not receiving any funds into our PayPal account. 

    Additionally, our paypal users are submitting the form multiple times because they aren't getting their confirmation. Anyway to automatically send their registration confirmation even if the paypal is waiting for confirmation?

    Hi,

    If a user did not complete the payment after clicking submit button, I believe they will not receive email notifications, that is why it is being moved in the "Incomplete Payment" section.     However, you could enable the options in your payment tool to allow sending notification even after payment failed, you could also enable authorization on payments, this means your customers will not be charged immediately and it will need an authorization in your end.

    Also, make sure to check the email address in your Paypal settings.
