    Hello newenglandswim.

Please note that you can add hyperlinks to your form by adding a "Text" field, and then clicking on the "Edit HTML" button. After this, you have two ways to add a hyperlink, 1) by using the little "chain" icon for links or 2) by using the little "HTML" button at the bottom.

Option 1, using the small chain icon:

Option 2: when editing as HTML, please click on the small HTML button on bottom right, and add the following text for your hyperlink:

    <p><a href="http://www.jotform.com/answers/563818-how-do-I-hyperlink-within-the-form">Link</a></p>

Where red text is the link you would like to add, and blue text is the text you would like to display for that link.how do I hyperlink within the form? Image 3 Screenshot 62
