Scrollable Terms and Conditions

Second, I have added some terms in a text field that we would ask our customers to acknowledge and check a box to agree to the terms. However the terms are quite long (thanks to our attorneys :). Is there a way to put all of this legal text in a smaller box the user can scroll down to read?
