My sincerest apologies. I believe a colleague of your posted requesting a cancellation under the username RACC. When I searched for the most recent invoice, the one for your two year subscription came up rather than the one for "email@example.com". I mistakenly cancelled and refunded yours. The refund should be processed shortly, at which time you can upgrade again.
