I created a survey and I don't know who is answering!!

Ii created  a survey for my business and emailed it to 15 people.  I forgot to add a name field!  Now I don't know who is responding.  Is there anyway to determine this information?

Unfortunately there is no way for us to determine who has filled out your form other than from the data they entered.   We only have the same amount of access to data regarding the users filling out your form as you do.
