    Uploaded PDF forms are not showing up on my account

    I uploaded my 2 forms using the upload .pdf option on Friday.  How long before they show up in the "my forms" section?

    It shouldn't take that long.
    Are you doing it from this page: https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/?

    Can you please give it another try and let us know if you're still unable to view the forms in your account?

    Please try to clear your browser's cache before attempting this again.

    Yes I did upload them using that link.   But I also noticed that on that alternative page/link you have there, there is no place for me to sign in.  How do you know who's forms are being uploaded to make sure they find their way to that persons "My Forms" page?

    Before uploading, you should be logged in to www.jotform.com, also, when in the upload window, you should input the email address associated to your JotForm account. You should then receive a notification about the forms being uploaded/converted.

    Please do let us know if this is correct, if you entered a different email address, then I would suggest that you import it again using the correct one.

    We'll wait for your response.

    I uploaded them both again yesterday, and yet still nothing in my "my forms" section.  I was logged in on the regular page before I clicked on that link, and I entered the same e-mail address that my account info shows.  


    Still waiting…

    I see that you have mentioned that you already uploaded it since Friday, although, I tested it in my end and I see that the confirmation email states it may take a couple of days, I believe this is because in some way the process involves manually converting them to a web form. However, I will escalate this to our migration team to have a looked at it as it seems it is taking quite some time in your case. We apologize for the inconvenience, we will update you as soon as we hear any news regarding this matter.

    Well ok…. So I uploaded them on Friday after noon, and again on Monday.  It's now late on Thursday and they are still not showing up on my "my forms" section. 


    What am I missing?

    I see that this is already raised to our team that are working with PDF import and marked as very important, so they should get back to you shortly in regards to this.

    I did however try to find you in our system, but unfortunately I can not find any entry.

    Could you please make the request over FireFox browser and check how that goes for you.

    Basically if the file was received, you must get an email that states so and telling you that it would take a bit to have it in your account. Looking at the email that is associated with your account, I was not able to find any such entries, nor when I was looking in the import admin panel.

    If you did receive that email, do give us the email address used - I have marked this as private, so only you and our colleagues can see the thread from now.

    Ok…. So I guess we are back over in this thread now, vs thread 566516.  


    So where are we at.  It's been over a week and still no forms in the "my forms" section from the two uploads I have done.   


    The e-mail address that I received e-mails on both times I have uploaded the forms is Rick@inspiringenterprisesllc.com.  


    On the other thread someone said you didn't receive the forms… Did you?  If what's going on with them?

    Hi Rick.

    First, let me apologize. This issue is taking some time to be resolved and I am sorry to say that I am not able to give you any update besides that this seems to be a bug in our import tool related to your PDF file.

    This is already assigned to our team working on this and I see that it is marked as Very Important, so I know that it is being worked on.

    I will try to contact someone in the team to update you with some concrete details about this.

    Again, I apologize for the issue.

    Could you give us a link to the PDF form so that we can see it and if it is simple possibly re-create it manually for you - until your import is finished?

    I have it in .pdf, so there is no link to it.  

    If you give me a specific e-mail address for you, I would be happy to e-mail it directly to someone who wants to help.

    Apologies, but unfortunately we have not yet received an email or any news from the developer assigned on this issue. I see that two of my colleagues have already made a follow up on this.

    Being as it has been two weeks without these showing up in my "My Forms" section… Should I start recreating them myself, or are you guys almost done with them?   I needed these 2 weeks ago.

    Apologies, I know that it's been two weeks already, and we appreciate your patience on this. We have not yet heard from the developer assigned to this.

    It seems like you might need to recreate the form using the form builder while waiting for the PDF to be imported.

    Again, my sincere apologies for this, we'll update you as soon as we hear anything.
