How can I setup a form approval option?

I am having student organization presidents submit form data for their members. I was going to setup an email to send the submitted form data to their advisor via email and then have the advisor reply to that email (I am setting the reply-to email) saying whether or not the form is approved.

Is there a better way to do this? Ultimately I need the following to take place:

    Step 1: Student submits form

Step 2: Advisor is notified of submission and approves form

Step 3: When the form is approved by the advisor, the I am notified and the form is processed.

    Hey pittsgb:

There is no really good way to do this, other than to have a notification email sent to the advisor, and then have them send an email to you.  I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I think your scenario could be accomplished by following the details on this guide:
