    I am trying to get the same question answered I only used 10 out of my 100 submissions.

    Sorry about the delay. I've checked your account and you have 16 ssl submissions and the limit for free accounts is 10. Please make sure that you are using the regular form URL in your embed code to avoid reaching the limit of 10 SSL submissions for the free account. You are given 100 submissions for the free account if you use the non-SSL form.

    SSL Submissions means that you have used the SSL version of your form's URL in the form embed code. This is denoted by the prefix https:// so that your form URL becomes:

    https://www.jotform.com/form/

    as opposed to the regular form URL which starts with http://, such as:

    http://www.jotform.com/form/

    I just saw that you have a premium account. Now you submission limit is 1000 monthly.

    I've checked your account too and saw that you've also used the ssl version of your form. If you don't want to wait, you can upgrade your account to premium any time you wish. The next reset is on Dec 1st.
