Jotform inside Interactive Video

    1) how do I create a new 2nd form if the 1st form including the email addresses still in the Editor?

    2) When I created and have a 1st contactform with 2 email addresses, then these 2 email addresses are automatically been taken when creating a 2nd form.

    How can I solved this??

    3)

    Do you have a videotutorial how to make a second or third video when the first video was been created?

    You can open a new browser tab and create a new form in tab.

    Regarding passing the email addresses to the second for, you can do so via form URL, please refer to this thread on how to achieve it http://www.jotform.com/answers/65955-Passing-information-via-URL
