I don't understant why, but when I click on submit on my form, the mail is not send. It works correctly before, I don't understand why it doesn't work now. I have put a condition, and the mail has to be send if the E-mail field is fill but it doesn't work.
Can you check ?

You are referring to the email notifications right? I cloned your form and did a test submission, it is successful, I was able to receive the email notifications. I can also see that you disabled most of your conditions.
Your email is not on the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a guide on how to check your form email history.

I would advised you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses. In addition to that, I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

Thank you very much, it works now ! I have put the name in the field "From email" instead of mail, and it didn't work !
