Hello. I have a form that is DropBox enabled and it appears to be working properly, except for this... All of the forms created are in fact going through to the DropBox account, as expected. However, occassionally, we will get a form submission that goes through to DropBox but it is NOT storred in the "Submissions" area of my JotForm system.
We use the Export option of JotForm to create an Excel file with all forms that have been submitted, so this is a bit of a problem for us.
Do you know why some forms would not be storeed in the Submissions area? (IE: Is there possibly something within our account or the form itself that would make some forms not appear in the Jotform area, but still work as expected and deliver them to DropBox?) The forms in question here is the Patient Registration form and the Symptom Checklist form in my account. Or, here are their URLs, if that helps...
Again, they are both set-up and appear to be working - in that they send everything to the DropBox account. But, some (only 4 out of about 100 that we know of) are NOT storred in the JotForm Submissions area for some reason. Here is the most recent submission that this happened on...

I dont see anything in your forms that would be causing this.
In the case you gave of the last submission this happened to. Is that for your 'patient registration' form?
For these forms that are occasionally not showing in your submissions on JotForm: are you also receiving email notifications of the submission as well as the submission PDF in your Dropbox account?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. This person in particular filled-out BOTH the Patient Registraiton form AND the Symptom Checklist form. Both forms were received in the DropBox account and a confirmation email was sent for both to my client's email address. However, neither showed up in my JotForm account for this customer.
So, both forms from this same person were indeed sent to DropBox; The confirmation email was indeed sent / received by my client; But the form itself did NOT show up in the Submissions section of either form.
From what I understand, when this has happened in the past (again, only a handful of times), it worked the same way - where the email notification was received and the form was properly uploaded to DropBox, but it did not show up in my JotForm Submissions area.
Thank you, again, for getting back to me. My customer is very concerned about these inconsistencies.

Thank you for provided information.
I have created a ticket to our developers about this problem. However, please note that it might be hard to replicate and solve such an issue. This is not a common problem and we can not provide any ETA at this time. We hope for your understanding in this matter.
We will update this thread once we get any more information for you.

The database on secure.jotform.com may sometimes take some time to replicate back to www.jotform.com. You can always log into https://secure.jotform.com and access those submissions.
If you still do not see them on www.jotform.com submissions page after a while, try editting those submissions. That should replicate those missing submissions back to www.jotform.com.
