How can I transfer "admin" sharing to another member?

hello! LOVE Jotform, thanks for an awesome service!

I have some forms which I set up for a client, shared with them and then let them do their own thing. I'd like to delete them but am worried that because I set them up, it will delete them from their side.

Is there any way of sharing admin rights, or ownership of the forms to them so I can delete them on my side please, and they won't be affected?

Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate your feedback.

For your concern, you cannot transfer them, but we can do that for you, you will just need to request it to us what forms you would like to move to an account, please do take note that when we move/transfer forms the data and submissions on it will also be moved.

Here's an example request:

I would like to move or transfer the following forms: [insert form IDs/URL] from my account halomedia to the account username [username of the account where you want to transfer].

I would also like to ask that you remove sharing the said forms before we transfer them, to avoid any conflict on the system.

Thanks Charlie! I have the list to send through, is there a specific email address I need to use?

The forms are already shared (with them) would you like me to remove sharing on those?

You can post the list right here, so that any of our active colleagues can take a look and move the forms for you.

Yes, please remove sharing from all the forms that you wish to move, prior to posting the list here, so that we avoid any corruption that may occur during the transfer. After your forms are moved, you can set up the sharing again in the way that you like - from the account to which they have been moved.

Thanks so much! I have removed sharing from all the forms. I am not sure what they have been doing, but they seem to like duplicating them!

I would like to move or transfer the following forms (see listed below) from my account halomedia to johnwijnberg. Once they have been transferred, please confirm that I can delete them from my side with no loss of data to the other account?
