Why did my form revert back to an earlier version?

I had my form all done and was looking at some other options.  I went back to my form and it appears that most of my previous work was gone and the form had reverted back to an earlier version.  I had saved the complete form, but I could not find any way to restore it.

Your browser may have loaded a cached version of your form then saved that version over your previous one.  If this is the case, you previous save state should be in your forms revision history:

From there you can restore your form to any previously saved state.
