JotForm is not being displayed on Mobile Version of Weebly Site

    Hi there,

    Our form is not showing on mobile. Our site is built on Weebly with mobile responsive enabled in Weebly. Tested on iPhone with Safari. After reading the forums, I've tried the following:

    1.) Went to design tab in JotForm and enable response form. Didn't fix the issue.

    2.) Embedded with one line code from "Embed" button. Doesn't show on mobile

    3.) Embedded in iFrame. Right half of form is cut off in mobile.

    4.) Embedded source code. Forms shows but the checkbox to acknowledge the terms of use disappears.

    How can we fix this?

    Thank you.

    To my understanding you are having issues with getting your form to appear correctly on mobile devices since right now it is not showing at all.

    I checked this in Mobile Safari on my iPhone 6 and I can confirm that it is not showing at all.

    When you embedded your jotform did you use the method described within this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/215-Adding-a-Form-to-Weebly for adding a jotform to a weebly website?

    Please let us know if you continue to have an issue with it.

    Thank you for your answer. Yes we also tried posting it with the iFrame.

    The right half of the form is cut off on iPhone with Safari. Here is the test page: www.languagebird.com/iframe-test

    What else should we do to fix it?

    I have added the following custom CSS codes to your form:

    @media screen and (max-width:480px){

    .form-all{

        margin-left: 0;

        margin-right: 0;

        width:95% !important;

    }

    .form-line-column, .form-line {

      width: 95% !important;

      box-sizing: border-box !important;

      -webkit-box-sizing: border-box !important;

    }

    }

    Welvin thank you for trying this. It doesn't seem to have worked.

    I checked it on the iPhone with Safari and no change. I reinserted the iframe into Weebly but still no change. I then put your custom code into the form and re-uploaded everything just to be sure but it still didn't work.

    Is there some other type of from I can use to make it work in Weebly on mobile?

    I've cloned your JotForm and embedded on my weebly webpage. When checked this webpage on my mobile and on iOS simulator, the form displayed correctly. Could you che

    ck the following webpage on your mobile to see if the form is displayed?

    Also, I notice that the form is embedded using javascript method on the page

    http://www.languagebird.com/sign-terms-of-use-course-credit.html

    It is not recommended to use javascript embed method on website builders due to script conflict with the form and webpages.

    As I check the iframe test page on my mobile and iOS simulator, the webpage with form is displayed normally.

    This could be also an issue with Weebly. We also request you to check with Weebly on this issue. Please check the webpage on your mobile and let us know if you are able to view the form. Please get back to us with the results so that we can further investigate the issue.

    Thanks!

    I'm facing a similar problem. The form doesn't appear when I visit http://startupclub.pk/submit-your-startup.html using IPhone. Is there a way to fix this issue?
