How to allow users to take pictures from mobile camera?

I want to add a picture option to my form that will prompt the form user to upload or take a picture (this will be on a mobile device).  I would like it to prompt the user, the user takes the picture, the picture is saved to the results spreadsheet along with the rest of the form data.  Is this option available?  I know it's available with other form builder sites and I assume you have the same option.

    Hello lambstar,

If I understand your question correctly, you want your users to either take a picture form using the camera of mobile device or upload the picture. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. Please take a look at our "Ink File Picker" widget which should allow your users to take picture from mobile camera or just upload pictures. This is a compatible with mobile devices and should work just fine. You will have to sign up for an account in Filepicker website and grab the API key:   https://www.filepicker.com/

We do have other widget options available like "Take Photo" widget but it won't be able to access mobile camera but will work fine in laptops.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
