Cannot access anymore form from my guest account

    I have created a guest form on jotForm, I would like to access it to correct some issue in it.

    But it appears that I cannot do it anymore. If you could help me, that would be great!

    I believe there are limitations on guest accounts, what I could suggest is that you register/sign up an account to us using the same email address that you used in that form, after you register an account, the form should be moved in your registered account where you can edit it anytime.


    After signing up an account, make sure that you are logged in to see your forms. If the form is not moved from there, you can reply to this thread and we'll move/transfer it instead.

    Hi I've created my form from guest. And now that I've checked it again, it was gone. I don't know if it's about deleted cookies or what. Now, I want it to transfer in my account to avoid losing it again next time. This is the URL of my form, Hoping for your quick reply. Thanks! :)

    Hi rbisidro_28,

    I have moved the form from your guest account to your account associated with the usename: rbisdro_28.

    Please note that since your form has been moved, you would have to create a new custom URL, and the current custom URL will no longer work.
