E-signature widget : The signing area is being reduced when a sublabel or page break used

    This form https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/43386416869974 I use most, but it's happening to others as well.

    Patients complete all pages of this document, but when they click Submit I get one of several errors.  First, is "There is an error in the form.  Please fix ... etc."  However, the person cannot fix the error because the screen is locked.  I never receive their input.  I've checked to ensure javascript is enabled and it is.  Also tried to refresh current page, but it takes me back to page one of the form, losing everything already input. Another error I get is constant "Please wait" that never ends.  Finally, the third error I get is "page timed out."  Usually with this one I can click "Try again" and the submission completes.

    All of this just began happening last week.  Forms have all worked for months without fail.  Why now? and What can  be done?

    I won't be surprised to hear back that you are unable to reproduce the error.  That won't be helpful.

    Hello Jack,

    It seems that there is an issue with the Signature widget. As I tried to submit your JotForm, I was able to complete all the fields but not the signature widget. Please allow me some time to further investigate the issue if it occurs only due to Signature widget or some other or conflict with other widgets. Meanwhile, could you try replacing the current signature widget with Smooth Signature widget and let us know if the form works fine?

    Please be noted that it is important for us to reproduce the issue so that we can provide you with the necessary solution to resolve the issue at your satisfaction. Without reproducing the issue at our end, it is not possible to provide the solution. Generally such issues happen due to varying system environments only. Since I am able to reproduce the issue with signature widget, let me work on it and get back to you as soon as I find something important for you.

    Please get back to us with the results after replacing the existing signature widget with Smooth signature widget.

    Thank you for being patient. I see that you have changed the e-signature widget to Smooth Signature widget and seems to be working fine. Please do get back to us if you need any further assistance.

    On the other hand, I am able to reproduce the issue with the signature widget which is being caused by page break or sub-label text. I'm forwarding the issue to our next level support to take a look. If there is any update on the issue, you'll be posted through this thread.

    We sincerely apologize for this. 

    The bug has been resolved - you should be able to view and sign with the e-signature widget normally. 

    If you have further difficulty - please let us know.
