Hi, would you be kind enouph to help me how can I reply with the name of the person who fill the forms of my website? (please see attached from cartier form)

To my understanding, the image you provided above is a custom Auto-Responder email that will be sent to the person who fills up your form, is that correct? I have checked your web page and cloned the form present in it. I haven't found that custom Auto-Responder email, by the way.
Anyway, for you to be able to come up with such beautiful acknowledgement, here's what you can do, supposing that my clarifications above are correct.
First you need to add an Auto-Responder.
The {seuNome} will capture the name placed on the "Seu Nome" field on your form. So when someone submits your form, they will receive a confirmation or Auto-responder on their email and they will have their name addressed properly.

I have tested your JotForm from the link provided and seems to be working great as per your requirement. We are glad to see that the issue is resolved with autoresponder.
