In jot form my form is enabled.

First off, thank you for using JotForm. You've reached your submission limit for this month.Thats why your form is disabled. You can see your form in JotForm but your visitors won't be able to submit anything on it. Forms will only be re-enabled once the account limit refreshes, which is on the first day of the following month. If you don't like to wait, you can upgrade your account anytime you wish. I've also explained how to use regular forms on your other post.
If you have any other concerns or questions, feel free to ask.

So if I switch to regular forms it will work immediately????

Once either the regular or secure submission quota for a calendar month has been reached, neither type of submission will be possible until the start of the following month (December 1, in this case) unless, as my colleague has stated, the account is upgraded.
