Is it possible to upload a PDF into JotForm?

If you mean, to upload the form into jotform - while filling it out, then yes, that is possible.

You just need to state that pdf files are accepted. You can see more on how to do that here: Upload Field Allowed File Types

If you meant to show or embed the PDF files instead, you can do that by adding one of our widgets intended for this.
