    Form Submissions

    Asked by dlambert on May 05, 2015 at 05:47 PM

    I have the following two forms on my site:

    1.  http://international-encaustic-artists.org/ProjectGrantApplication

    2.  http://international-encaustic-artists.org/GrantRecommendationForm/

    The forms submission function works just fine.  However, when I receive data from form #2, it is delivered to me in form #1 container.  They are distinctly separate forms and I can't figure out if my settings are causing this or something else.

    Thanks

    Debbie

    @dlambert

    I am sorry to hear your forms are not working as expected.

    I went ahead, cloned both forms, tested them and works just fine. Please take a look at submission from each form:

    1 - IEA Project Grant Application form:

    2 - IEA Project Grant Recommendation form:

    If it should be possible for you to get a screenshot of your result and get back to us, we would be glad to assist you to solve the issue.
