Applicant getting kicked off the form?

Are there any current problems going on with JotForm?

The people claim they start filling out our application and enter a few things then it "kicks" them off.  They go back and it brings it back to where they left off and then does it again.  The person that stated this happened to them today just sent in a completed app tonight.  This is the same thing last weeks applicant claims happened to them, we received their app 5 times and pieced it together.  

Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the problem. Also, I'm not sure what they meant by "kicks them off"? Are they navigated to another link? Or After they click submit? It is quite odd that they will be kicked off, this might be more related to where the form is embedded or it is also might be something related to the user's end.

I've checked your website, and there are some errors on it, you can check your browser console. It looks like a source related to your themes.

What I could recommend is that you use the iFrame embed code instead, it prevents any external codes that might be conflicting between your website and the form. If the user is still being "kicked off", it is possible that there's a plugin/extension in your website that does this to specific users, OR it might also be more related to the user's end as I mentioned earlier.

But please do try to use the iFrame embed code instead and see if it resolves the problem.
