Unable to view form?

    Hey,i just created a photo attachment from and cannot see my new form. Each time i tried viewing, it shows nothing-like internet probe from your ends

    I'm not sure what you meant by "internet probe from your ends"?

    To view how your form will looked like when users fill it out, you can click the "Preview" button.
