All my forms are disabled

    Please enable my forms now. This is my fifth message to you. You do not respond!

    Hello asktina1st ,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. It seems you have already deleted the suspected form #30755475339361. 

    I have activated your account now. Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
