Need to remove the payment method

But after I embed it into Dreamweaver and test it live it tries to make a payment using Paypal each time.  My customers don't want to pay with Paypal so I want the submit button to simply send me the form.

I don't want to start over with a brand new form.  Just want the submit button not to goto a payment method.

I've already deleted the original submit button and installed a new one several time.  

I inspected the form and you still have the Paypal field.

First you need to remove the Paypal payment field:

And then add a Purchase order field:
